Weight Management
A comprehensive diet and exercise program is designed and tailored for each client to achieve weight loss/management, make necessary lifestyle changes and track nutriton and fitness progress in a journal.
Personal Training
Personal training services offer individualized attention, guidance, and motivation to ensure the success of the client. After an initial assessment is performed, a customized training program is designed to meet the client's fitness goals and objectives. The programs consist of resistance training, and aerobic/anerobic training.
Group Fitness
Group fitness programs are designed with a series of cardiovascualr and resistance exercises to burn calories and fat, boost metabolism, improve indurance and increase energy level, in a fun, group environment.
